The more women we talk to, the more we hear how tired everyone is of the constant pressure to create social media content.

It’s algorithm fatigue - the exhaustion that comes from frantically running on the social media hamster wheel for fear you will be forgotten by the algorithm.

But what if you didn’t have to play that game?

What if you could establish yourself as a leader in a unique space?

This is wayyyyy beyond niching down….

It’s creating a whole new niche!

When you create a new niche, a neo-niche, you are automatically the expert because you have no competition!

And when you have no competition, vanity metrics don’t matter because you’re the only one in your space.

For example, we don’t have any competition at AWEDACITY because no other companies are focused on creating authority-building digital projects for women creators with algorithm fatigue.

We don’t worry that potential clients will choose another company over us because no other company does what we do the way that we do it.

So think about how that can apply to your business….
Is there something you do differently than everyone else?
Can you identify an underserved or unmet need in your space?

Reflect on these questions and write down your responses, even if something seems like it doesn’t quite fit include it anyway.

That’s it. Take some time throughout the week to reflect and add to your entries as necessary.

After the interview, guests took to the dance floor to shake their virtual booties to some disco.
